THE STATE ACTION ON BUSINESS ENABLING REFORMS (SABER)

The State Action on Business Enabling Reforms(SABER) is a World Bank Assisted 3-year performance - based intervention designed to incentivize and strengthen the implementation of business enabling reforms in across Nigeria.
It is designed to deliver concrete results across four reform areas with 8 Disbursement Linked Indicators(DLIs), covering improving Land Administration and Land Investment process, improving business enabling infrastructure, increasing sustainable large scale in investments, and enabling firm operations.
Stakeholder engagement is key to achieving these noble objectives. Therefore the programme works with key Private Sector players, MDAs, the Academia, Civil Society Organizations among others.
